By voluntarily providing your phone number when booking a property showing (whether by phone call, text message, or online inquiry), you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Southern Housing LLC at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or renting any property.
Message frequency varies depending on the number of property showings you schedule. Typically, you will receive up to 3 reminder messages per scheduled showing. You may also receive additional messages if you initiate a conversation with our service.
Southern Housing LLC does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Southern Housing LLC. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive automated text reminders after opting out.

Southern Housing LLC provides this SMS service on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of SMS messages. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our SMS service, including missed appointments due to undelivered messages.
Southern Housing LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
